Appointments
We respect  the value of your time so we are committed to being prompt with our scheduled appointments.

As a courtesy we provide your choice of reminders via appointment cards, appointment call reminders, emails and/or texts. If you are going to be delayed or miss your appointment, please call us as soon as possible. We respectfully ask for 48 hours notice if you need to change or cancel your appointment, as this allows us to better serve our entire practice, including you. A charge will be assessed for failed appointments without 24 hours notice.

Payment Options
For your convenience, we accept cash, personal checks, debit, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Payment is appreciated at the time services are performed.  When more extensive dental care is necessary, financial arrangements can be made within our office.  Our goal is to help you achieve excellent dental health with flexible payment arrangements and treatment phasing to meet your needs.

Insurance
As a service to our patients, we are happy to submit claims to your dental insurance.

Just a reminder that your specific policy is an agreement between you and your insurance company. Please keep in mind that you are responsible for your total obligation should your insurance benefits result in less coverage than anticipated. We do our best to give you accurate estimates and our staff will gladly submit a pre-treatment estimate to your insurance company so that you will know what your benefits before treatment.
