I was seated 10 minutes after the appointment was scheduled. It's not a big deal, but if this is known, the receptionist should let me know. "Your hygenist is running a bit late. Connie was most helpful and we talked about the extra care I needed to use in my daily dental hygiene while I am recovering from cancer. I have always found your staff welcoming, warm, and accommodating. This means a great deal to me since i am one of those "high anxiety" patients in the dental chair. I would give the office a 4 to 5 point rating.

It is nice to get such personal attention but to also have developed trusting relationships that provide comfort every time I visit. "I was so nervous to come in. EVERYONE made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I especially loved the humor. I was also amazed to be accepted as a patient before I have the chance to change my insurance to Washington Dental next Sept. I felt the amount I paid was reasonable.
